Angústia nem sempre é mau, pois sei que não passa de um sinal de que estou a ir contra as minhas verdades.
Hoje sei que isso é AUTENTICIDADE.

Hoje faço o que acho certo, o que gosto, quando quero e no meu próprio ritmo.
Hoje sei que isso é SIMPLICIDADE.

Agora percebo que a mente pode atormentar e decepcionar, mas quando a coloco ao serviço do meu coração, ela torna-se numa grande e valiosa aliada.

Porque tudo isto é SABER VIVER.
